A practical and effective course for those who have either recently started a business or who have an entrepreneurial idea and wish to establish a business.

You will learn:
• How to register a company and get started
• To create a market analysis/understand your customers' needs
• Creating a marketing strategy: What will your company make money from?
• Gain an overview over your makret potential and control over the company's finances
Implementation: Five meetings from 16:00 - 19:00 in the period 23 january to 5 march 2024 at Blått Kompetansenter, Sistranda, Norway. You also get four hours of mentoring help from an experienced business adviser from Blått Kompetansesenter. As a participant, you get access to the Gründerakademiet's digital e-learning portal.
