Leadership in a Lavvo is an event that helps individuals to become better leaders. Here they will be guided by Knut Ivar Karevold, a business psychologist and Blått Kompetansesenter-partner, through the various challenges a leader has to face.

You will receive expert advice from organizational and climate psychologist Knut Ivar Karevold, and experienced managers will share stories, give tips and advice. Together we reflect on management and how we go about recruiting and retaining our employees.
Our wish is that you enter the run-up to the holidays in a more relaxed state and gain new inspiration. This event is suitable for those who want to learn more about- and from- men and women in management.
We start with coffee, bonfire atmosphere and a small snack at 08:00, and ends with a delicious Christmas lunch and social gathering.
